It does not seem this long ago that I read this article in the newspaper.

Click here to view The Record Obituary article dated Wednesday January 7, 2004, on Joseph G. Reilly, who I knew as the principal of Fairmount School in Hackensack, NJ.

I was too young to know or understand of his service at the time. 

When I went to Fairmount School, it was no longer a
Middle School. In 1960, it had become an elementary school only, which it is today. I always saw him as a firm, but very fair person.  Parents at the time thought highly of him, and after reading his obituary, they had reason to feel that way.
